下料：下料方式有各種，主要有以下幾種方式

Cutting: There are various cutting methods, mainly including the following

①. 剪床：是利用剪床剪切條料簡單料件，它主要是為模具落料成形準備加工，成本低，精度低于0.2，但只能加工無孔無切角的條料或塊料。

①.  Scissor bed: It is a machine that uses a shearing machine to cut simple pieces of material. It is mainly used for preparing and processing the mold for material cutting and forming, with low cost and accuracy below 0.2. However, it can only process strip or block materials without holes or cutting corners.

②. 沖床：是利用沖床分一步或多步在板材上將零件展開后的平板件沖裁成形各種形狀料件，其優(yōu)點是耗費工時短，效率高，精度高，成本低，適用大批量生產(chǎn)，但要設(shè)計模具。

②.  Punching machine: It is a type of machine that uses a punching machine to unfold parts in one or more steps on a sheet metal to form various shaped parts. Its advantages include short working hours, high efficiency, high accuracy, low cost, and suitability for mass production, but mold design is required.

③. NC數(shù)控下料，NC下料時要編寫數(shù)控加工程式，利用編程軟件，將繪制的展開圖編寫成NC數(shù)拉加工機床可識別的程式，讓其根據(jù)這些程式一步一刀在平板上沖裁各構(gòu)形狀平板件，但其結(jié)構(gòu) 受刀具結(jié)構(gòu)所，成本低，精度于0.15。

③.  NC numerical control cutting, when NC cutting, the first step is to write a numerical control machining program. Using programming software, the unfolded diagram is written into a program that can be recognized by the NC numerical drawing machine tool. Based on these programs, each structure of the flat part is punched step by step on the flat plate. However, its structure is affected by the tool structure, and the cost is low, with an accuracy of 0.15.

④. 鐳射下料，是利用激光切割方式，在大平板上將其平板的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀切割出來，同NC下料一樣需編寫鐳射程式，它可下各種復(fù)雜形狀的平板件，成本高，精度于0.1。

⑤. 鋸床：主要用下鋁型材、方管、圖管、圓棒料之類，成本低，精度低。

鈑金加工機箱機柜是要注意：1、機箱機柜表面的涂層一定要均勻，無流掛、露底現(xiàn)象。2、標識要齊全、清晰，并且耐久可靠，標注序號不可缺失。3、機箱機柜的每個面板都要平整，沒有扭曲、變形的現(xiàn)象，柜門上的開孔要均勻、整齊。4、尺寸要符合要求，誤差不可過大。 機箱機柜品質(zhì)差異所存在的差異因素，機箱機柜由于廠家的工藝不同，材質(zhì)選用不同，在加上市場的需求不同，其品質(zhì)也是千差萬別，因為不同層次的需求，機箱機柜也體現(xiàn)出了不同的類型，但是無論差多少，都是有原因的。鈑金加工機箱機柜的品質(zhì)不同，那個層次的產(chǎn)品都存在市場中，通常技術(shù)人員在選料時，并不一定是看中，它只是其中的一部分原因，非全部，對于技術(shù)人員而言，他們更看重的是材料本身是否達標，對于機箱機柜的制作，一般是選用鋼制材料，這種材質(zhì)因為特殊的原因也有可能生銹，在選購物料多時，也許并不能一個個檢查過來，可能在這些生產(chǎn)材料當中夾雜著一些有瑕疵的原料。
