配電柜的基本柜架為組合式裝配結(jié)構(gòu)，柜架的全部結(jié)構(gòu)件都經(jīng)過鍍鋅處理，通過自緊螺釘和8.8級六角螺釘緊固，互相連接成基本框架，再按方案變化需要加上相應(yīng)的門、封板、隔板、安裝支架以及母線、功能單元等零部件組裝成完整的成套設(shè)備。
