No human eye is allowed to see skew or partial skew or twist in the sheet metal case cabinet. The flatness between the frame column and the base is less than 1.5mm. 機(jī)箱機(jī)柜頂框與底座平行度為小于1mm。檢測(cè)點(diǎn)為底座上表面及頂框下表面，且相互之間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。也可根據(jù)準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量六面對(duì)角的長(zhǎng)短，相距不可超出2.5mm來檢驗(yàn)。有中擋板者，頂框與底座平行度可放開1.5mm，中擋板與頂框或底座平行度為小于1mm。

The parallelism between the top frame of the cabinet and the base is less than 1mm. The inspection points are the upper surface of the base and the lower surface of the top frame, and they are standard with each other. It can also be checked according to the accurate measurement of the length of the hexagonal diagonal, and the distance between them should not exceed 2.5mm. If there is a middle baffle, the parallelism between the top frame and the base can be released to 1.5mm, and the parallelism between the middle baffle and the top frame or base is less than 1mm.

上、底圍框的對(duì)角之差的平方根小于1.5mm。

The square root of the difference between the diagonal angles of the upper and lower enclosure frames is less than 1.5mm.

立柱不可以有歪曲狀況，各立柱與上、底框相接的兩邊工作交接線與框鄰近平面圖的平行度為小于0.5mm。

The columns shall not be distorted, and the parallelism between the working lines on both sides of the columns and the upper and bottom frames and the adjacent plan of the frame shall be less than 0.5mm.

支撐點(diǎn)插箱的滑軌，同一層的左、右滑軌所構(gòu)成的工作臺(tái)面相對(duì)性底座上表面的平行度為1mm，且應(yīng)確保插箱裝進(jìn)后鄰近兩控制面板中間空隙之差的平方根不可超出0.6mm。

The parallelism of the work table formed by the left and right slide rails on the same layer of the slide rails supporting the plug-in box to the upper surface of the base is 1mm, and the square root of the difference between the two adjacent control panels after the plug-in box is installed shall not exceed 0.6mm.
