一、我們?cè)诎惭b高壓開關(guān)柜的時(shí)候，要小心認(rèn)真避免柜體受碰撞，一定要防止箱體骨架變形，薄面板不能碰凹陷，如果表面涂層受撞傷，也會(huì)影響外觀美觀,影響驗(yàn)收。

二、安裝并排柜體的要求槽鋼保持水平：每米的誤差要小于1毫米；

三、運(yùn)輸、安裝高壓開關(guān)柜的過程一定要落實(shí)保護(hù)真空滅弧室的事項(xiàng)，要特別注意的是安裝柜頂?shù)闹髂妇€時(shí)候，須要用硬板蓋住真空開關(guān)的頂部，這樣可以防止工具、螺絲掉下砸傷滅弧室，非常有必要。
3、 In the process of transportation and installation of high-voltage switch cabinet, it is necessary to protect the vacuum interrupter. When installing the main bus on the top of the cabinet, it is necessary to cover the top of the vacuum switch with a hard plate, so as to prevent tools and screws from falling and damaging the interrupter.
四、對(duì)手車柜的高度，要求進(jìn)出方便，地坪上不能形成臺(tái)階阻擋。

五、在安裝配置主母線應(yīng)該遵循下面3點(diǎn)來實(shí)施；

（2）當(dāng)電流較大的時(shí)候，接頭處必須搪錫，避免隱患。

（3）裸銅與裸銅的導(dǎo)電接觸面，須涂敷防護(hù)劑，如：導(dǎo)電膏、凡士林等，以達(dá)防氧化和防潮的作用

六、柜體的接地主母線應(yīng)與安裝基礎(chǔ)的予埋接地網(wǎng)可靠連接，保證接地的持續(xù)可靠性。

七、柜體相關(guān)的二次引線電纜須按圖紙指定路徑敷設(shè)，不得阻礙運(yùn)動(dòng)箱的活動(dòng)，防止日后維護(hù)時(shí)被踩傷，影響使用。
7、 The secondary lead cables related to the cabinet shall be laid according to the path specified in the drawing, and shall not hinder the movement of the sports box, so as to prevent trampling and affecting the use in future maintenance.
